Mysore practice 30/5/19

I arrived around 7ish and there were already people. But somehow I could place my mat on my usual spot. First row right corner. As it was a public holiday and I didn't need to go to work, I really took enough time for my practice. I felt so good during the practice. I think it was because I didn't have any pressure to finish in time for work... Ah..... I still feel my coccyx/sacrum in navasana.. I thought it was gone but after miscarriage this came back. Today I could again touch my fingers in supta kurmasana. I wanted to catch fingers but.... was hard. But I am sure the day will come. Dalia helped me to cross my ankles. It was good. I tried again with bolster in drop back and come up. Anne gave me tips in chakrasana and pashasana. As I was not in a hurry, I asked a question to Anne about chakrasana. Pashasana... seems way more difficult than drop back now... Oh no :-( In the drop back and come up, Anne was there for both mental and physical support. hehe She said I did it alone but no.. she was there to help me. But I am getting more confidence so it is good. I felt light in sirsasana so stayed more than 20 breaths, and about 10 breaths in urdhva dandasana but I lost a bit of control in coming down. I counted 10 in utplitih. Another beautiful and grateful practice. + small chat with Lynne after the class <3 <3 <3
