My dedicated Ashtanga practice began in my late 20s, though I was first introduced to yoga as a child through my mother, a Hatha yoga teacher. While living in Brussels during a period of depression and low self-esteem, I discovered the transformative structure of Mysore-style Ashtanga—a practice that became my anchor through seven challenging years of IVF treatments. ​

  • Prenatal/Postnatal Yoga (informed by my IVF/pregnancy experiences)

My journey—from struggling with self-doubt to teaching internationally—reflects Ashtanga’s power to cultivate resilience. The discipline of daily practice sustained me through infertility, cross-continental moves, and motherhood, deepening my belief in yoga as a tool for holistic transformation.
