Today was ladies only club. Anne practised with us. We had a small incident with a candle. My practice was half-primary. The practice was nice and solid. I was consciously taking longer and deep breaths in surya namaskar. Anne helped me in utthita hasta padangusthasana. Seated was good. I felt good in purvattanasana somehow.. :-) I practiced till navasana (I did the last two with mat folded) before closing. Back bending felt good with open chest and I took time in sarvangasana sequence. Sirsasana felt very strong and light and half bend as well. I think I stayed about 4 min which was 30 breaths and 20. I took 3-4min savasana (I think) and left the shala. It was a short practice but very good.
