Mysore practice 16/5/19

I arrived first and helped Lynne to carry the vase. It was really difficult to wake up early (again!!) but I made a promise to myself to practice mysore at least 2-3 times a week. I got a lot, really a lot of adjustments from Lynne. I was just feeling so much grateful to my teachers and also for the opportunity I have. It was a bliss. Just a simple bliss. Drop back and come up is still with teacher's help but I am happy. I am not rushing. I feel sometimes maybe I am too lazy not to push myself... but.... I think this is the right pace for me. I work full-time 9 to 5, Monday to Friday, and I teach at least 4-5 classes a week. In an ideal world, I would keep my mysore practice 5-6 times a week and also would explore other asanas during free time. But I don't want to push myself too much because I might become fed up with yoga. I am loving my yoga practice and my yoga journey this way. My practice is a bit slow but I believe I am making a slow progress. Just keep practicing and things will come. By the way again very light sirsasana + urdhva dandasana on Thursday (again!) :-)
