Overall, it was a good practice. Though I got quickly tired because the air felt stuffy and everything felt sticky and hot. I touched the floor with my pinky in prasaritta padottanasana C. I guess with the heat my body was more open. Utthita hasta padangusthasana felt a bit unstable but I could hold till the end. Seated was good as usual. I was just too heated and had to wipe my sweat several times. Navasana was good but I stayed only 3 breaths on the 5th one. Kurmasana and supta kurmasana were beautiful. I got a very good help there to bind and with the ankles. Garbha pindasana rolling felt little bit rocky and as not smooth as before. Weird. Though I could hold it higher in kukkutasana. It was the same practice as usual but just a bit exhausting. Back bend felt okay but in the catching I tried to stay longer than usual and the end result is too much tension on the back.. Closing was done in a little bit hasty way though I stayed 50 and 30 in sirsasana and half bend. I didn't do nadi shodana as I just wanted to lie down. Again.. it was a good practice but I am worried about my back and lack of energy today.
