Yes, I went to Mysore both on Monday and Tuesday but I just want to write one journal. After the Monday's Mysore, I went to teach Full-Primary at Fort Jaco and I felt super tired. I wanted to work on beginner flow sequence but it didn't happen. After teaching classes, all I did was to eat, sleep, read webtoons and sleep (again). Anyways I felt lower back pain from Forrest yoga (I don't know why!!) so I mentioned this to the teacher. Everything was good on Monday except I landed on my head 2 times on drop back! Grrrrrrrr The feeling of landing on my hands are.. somehow gone! I felt a bit sad but not frustrated. I stayed about 20 breaths in sirsasana and 10 in half bend. And I rushed to get out and took a tram to Fort Jaco.

Tuesday, today.. I was thinking of going to my original practice shala but as Nick said I should try at least two weeks with him so I went to Yoga Room. There were two people already practicing. I placed my mat on the back row and directly started. I got hands on padangusthasana to bend more as well as in prasaritta padottanasana C. Today I had to turn my hands out. My utthita hasta padangusthasana was wobbly. I don't know why it's always wobblish when I practice Mysore. When I teach or LED, I feel so much stable -_-;; This is really weird. I remembered my note on Sharathji's anusthana 'less effort is better'. Yes.. so I tried to put less effort in this balancing pose. Well.. right-foot down side was so much easier. Supta kurmasana with Nick's help is always good. It's really super good. Though I couldn't touch my fingers on my own today. He also pushed my leg down with his foot in supta padangusthasana. This is a nice adjustment I should remember. I always use my hands, but why not feet? ;-) Today's drop back, Nick was there all along. I could feel my lower back a bit but in general it was okay. I stayed 20 in sirsasana but about 8 in half bend. Utplitih felt hard but I stayed 10 breaths. Very nice practice, followed by chat with other students <3
