It was such a beautiful practice today. I got lots of hands on and tips from Lynne and my body was so warm even from the first surya namaskar. I sweated a lot and I paid a great attention on my breath. Lynne pointed out many times on my bandhas and gave me many great hands on. It was a rather small group today so I could get a lot of attention :-) It was really good in virabhadrasana B how she explained about engaging my quads muscles. I felt the difference immediately. My shoulders felt a bit tight in prasaritta padottanasana C but she gave me a gentle push. My utthita hasta padangusthasana is becoming less wobbly but it's always good to get teacher's help. I tried to (ujjayi) breathe as naturally as possible when I did chaturanga dandasana. In the beginning I tended to hold my breath while I was tucking my tailbone but now I can tell I am getting better at this. The practice feels so fast from seated sequence. In supta kurmasana Lynne helped me to cross the ankles but I lost it as they were not on top of my neck. It was okay. I didn't want to ask Lynne again to do it. I was already quite happy that I was holding onto my fingers quite firmly. All my rolling up in supta konasana, ubbhaya padangusthasana and urdhva mukha paschimottanasana happend at one go. Hehe This means I don't feel my back as much as before. Actually I was afraid of the back pain before the practice but it didn't really bother. I think it's because my body was warm and I was focusing a lot on bandhas and breath. In setu bandhasana, I tried to roll my neck deeper but didn't push. I did all the chakrasana by the way :-) Pashasana with heels off (Anne was not there! hehe;;;) and two following asanas were good. I stayed about 30 breaths in sirsasana and 15 in half bend. My utplitih felt strong so I stayed 12. In savasana somehow images of sea turtle appeared. It was such a sweet savasana. Another great practice thanks to my lovely teacher!
