I arrived first again at the shala. I got many adjustments and it felt great. But in utthita hasta padangusthasana I was very very wobbly. Dalia came and helped me. I blamed this to drinking alcohol two days in a row.... yes yes we had reasons for drinking. haha In ardha baddha padmottanasana, Lynne had a look at me and assured me to bend the knee when go down and come up as it is easier. It reminded me of Gemma as I learned this method from her. I got hands-on again in triang mukhaikapada paschimottanasana. And also on janu sirsasana A. Lynne told me to stay and showed adjustment to Dalia. It felt sooooo good! I used this technique to my private student too ;-) In navasana, I did again without folding the mat. In supta kurmasana both Lynne and Dalia helped me. It was difficult to hold my hands. I guess this was again due to alcohol or maybe Anne's hands are easier on me. Lynne helped me to transit from titibasana to bakasana and from bakasana to jump back. She spent 'more than usual' energy on me I guess because she joked that now it's time for her to go home (that was really cute of her saying >_<). Dropback and comeup was done with Lynne's help. Today's urdhva dandasana was only about 2 breaths? Haha I almost came down directly. Overall it was another nice practice. + reflection on where I should improve (soon!).
