Half-primary led + yin 6/12/18

Since I was too tired to go to the Mysore practice in the morning, I went to the half-primary class in the evening. I had a runny nose but didn't feel sick so went to class anyways. Before the class I chatted a bit with Zoe, the teacher. Teacher started to guide ujjayi breathing. When we started surya namaskar my body felt so light and flexible. I touched my shins with my forehead at one go without any tension. Weird. In one of the urdhva mukha svanasana, teacher opened my shoulders which I like always. I should do this often in my class too :-) I tried to square my hips in ardha baddha padma paschimottanasana. In janu sirsasana B, Zoe told me to open more of my bended leg so that inner thigh is facing the ceiling. Ah ha. And we did bakasana instead of bhujapidasana. In sirsasana today, I felt again very light. But I skipped the urdhva dandasana. It was a good practice :-)

And I attended the yin class right after. There was one pregnant lady so the teacher had to teach two classes! We started with half supta virasana and ended with eka pada rajakapotasana(pigeon pose). I like yin class in the evening, following the soft voice guidance of the teacher. As my body felt light and flexible in the ashtanga class, the yin class today was also more relaxing. I didn't feel much tension in my body. Time really flies in these classes :-) We chatted and stayed for 40 more min after the class <3
